1. The service
TELN provides prepaid connectivity services. You add credit to a TELN wallet and use that credit for mobile data on a TELN eSIM, for monthly virtual number rentals and for related fees.
TELN is a reseller of telecom capacity supplied by upstream providers. Availability, coverage, network generation and delivery of messages depend on those providers and on local operators.
2. Accounts and passcodes
Accounts are created with a system-generated 12-character passcode. TELN does not collect an email address, phone number, username or name at signup.
TELN stores only a secure hash of your passcode. It cannot be read, recovered or reset by you, by TELN support or by administrators. You are responsible for storing it safely.
Anyone holding your passcode can access your account, wallet balance and messages. Losing the passcode means losing access to the account and any remaining wallet credit.
3. Wallet credit
Wallet credit is prepaid, denominated in EUR and recorded in integer minor units. Credit is applied only after a payment reaches a verified final status with the payment provider.
Wallet credit is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and is not transferable between accounts.
Every movement of credit is recorded as an immutable ledger entry showing the amount, type and resulting balance.
4. Data usage and suspension
Mobile data is charged against your wallet at the destination's per-MB rate as provider usage records arrive. Records are near-real-time rather than instantaneous, so a small usage reserve is held.
When available balance reaches the suspend threshold, data is suspended to prevent a negative balance. Suspension for insufficient balance resolves automatically after a qualifying top-up.
Suspension for suspected fraud, abuse, administrative action or compliance requires manual review and is not resolved by adding funds.
5. Phone numbers and messages
Virtual numbers in this release support incoming SMS only. Voice calling, outgoing SMS, MMS, forwarding and voicemail are not provided.
Numbers renew monthly from your wallet. If the rental cannot be charged, the number enters renewal risk and a grace period before it is released.
Message delivery from any specific sender or platform is not guaranteed. Many services restrict or block virtual numbers.
Cancelling or releasing a number may be irreversible, and the same number may not become available again.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use TELN for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, evading platform bans, or circumventing sanctions or export controls.
TELN may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create risk for upstream providers.
7. Availability and liability
TELN is provided on an as-available basis. Coverage, throughput and message delivery depend on third parties outside TELN's control.
To the extent permitted by law, TELN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by undelivered verification codes or suspended data.
8. Changes
TELN may update these terms, rates and thresholds. Material changes are announced in the application. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Demonstration environment
This environment runs with mock payment and telecom providers. Balances, inventory, usage and messages are simulated and carry no monetary value.
