Crypto payments are final
Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by TELN. Once a payment reaches a final status and credit is applied, the transaction is complete.
Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network or sending after the quote expires may result in permanent loss of funds. Always confirm the asset, network and amount before sending.
Unused wallet credit
Wallet credit does not expire while the account is active and can be used for any TELN service.
Credit is not exchangeable back to cryptocurrency or fiat, and is not transferable between accounts.
Consumed services
Data usage already charged, activation fees, setup fees and monthly rentals already collected are not refundable.
Cancelling a number stops future renewals; the current paid period is not pro-rated.
Service failures
If a provisioning attempt fails and no service was delivered, any reserved amount is released back to your available balance automatically.
If you believe an incorrect charge was applied to your ledger, open a support ticket with the ledger reference and it will be reviewed.
