How it works

From passcode to global connectivity in ten steps

TELN is prepaid and usage-based. This guide walks through the exact flow, including what to watch out for with crypto networks, telecom delays and renewals.

Step by step

The complete TELN flow

Every step happens inside the TELN dashboard. In this demo environment all provider actions are simulated end to end.

  1. 1

    Create account

Open the registration page and generate a secure passcode. Nothing else is collected — no email, phone number, username or name.

  2. 2

    Save the generated passcode

Your 12-character passcode is shown once, grouped as AB7K-M4PX-9QTR for readability. Copy it, download it or print it, then confirm you have stored it.

  3. 3

    Deposit wallet funds

Open Wallet, then Top Up. Choose a EUR credit amount — €10, €20, €50, €100 or a custom amount above the minimum.

  4. 4

    Choose cryptocurrency and blockchain network

Pick the asset you want to send and the network it travels on. USDT on TRON and USDT on Ethereum are treated as different assets.

  5. 5

    Complete payment

Send the exact amount to the displayed address before the countdown expires. Track the status timeline until the payment reaches a final state.

  6. 6

    Buy an eSIM

Choose a destination in the eSIM catalog, review the per-MB rate, activation fee and usage reserve, then confirm with your wallet balance.

  7. 7

    Install the eSIM

Scan the activation QR code on iPhone or Android, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually.

  8. 8

    Use mobile data

Data is charged against your wallet as provider usage events arrive. Usage, spending and status are visible on the eSIM details page.

  9. 9

    Buy a phone number

Search available inventory by country, area code and type. Review the monthly rental, setup fee and any regulatory requirement, then purchase.

  10. 10

    Receive incoming SMS

Messages sent to your TELN number arrive in the secure inbox. Verification codes are detected and can be copied with one tap.

Before you start

Five things worth understanding

These rules protect your balance and set expectations about telecom behaviour.

Wallet safety threshold

TELN warns you at €5.00 and €2.00, suspends data at €0.50 and resumes eligible services at €2.00. The wallet never intentionally goes negative.

Crypto-network warnings

Send only the selected asset using the displayed blockchain network. Using another asset or network may result in permanent loss of funds.

Telecom usage delays

Provider usage records are near-real-time rather than instantaneous. A small reserve is held so delayed events cannot overdraw your balance.

Number renewals

Numbers renew monthly from the wallet. Reminders are sent 7, 3 and 1 day before renewal, and a grace period applies if a renewal fails.

Passcode loss

TELN stores only a hash of your passcode. If it is lost, nobody can recover it and wallet funds or services cannot automatically be restored.
