Privacy Policy

TELN is built to work without an identity. This policy explains the small amount of data the platform does process and why.

What TELN does not collect

No email address, phone number, username, real name, postal address or date of birth is collected to create or use an account.

No advertising identifiers or third-party marketing trackers are used.

What TELN processes

Account records: a public account reference, account status and timestamps.

Credential records: a one-way hash of your passcode plus a separate lookup hash. The passcode itself is never stored.

Session records: browser family, platform family, approximate region, a hashed IP value and activity timestamps, so you can review and revoke devices.

Wallet and ledger records: amounts, types and balances, kept as immutable financial history.

Service records: eSIM identifiers, usage totals, numbers, renewals and incoming messages.

Message content

Incoming SMS content is stored so you can read it in your inbox. Messages are retained according to the platform retention period and then removed.

You can delete individual messages and threads at any time.

Payments

Crypto payments are processed by a payment provider. TELN receives payment status, amounts, the destination address and the network — not your wallet's identity documents, because none are collected.

Retention

Financial ledger entries are retained as required for accounting integrity and are never modified or deleted.

Session and security event records are retained for a limited period to support account security reviews.

Your choices

You can revoke sessions, rotate your passcode, delete messages, cancel services and close your account from the dashboard.

Because no contact details are held, TELN cannot verify identity outside the passcode. Requests that would require identity verification cannot be fulfilled.
