How do I install my eSIM?

After payment your dashboard shows a QR. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR. Android: Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM.

Is my phone compatible?

iPhone XS+, most Android flagships from 2020+, recent iPads, Pixel 3+. If specs say 'eSIM', you're good.

When does my plan activate?

Most bundles start when the device registers with a local network. A few activate at first install — noted in plan details.

I need a refund.

If your eSIM has not been installed, email support@veilroam within 7 days for a full refund.
