You receive low-balance and critical-balance notifications first. If the balance reaches the suspend threshold, data is suspended. Active phone numbers stay in place until their renewal date, and you keep access to your inbox and history.

Can I recover a lost passcode?

No. TELN stores only a secure hash of your passcode, so nobody — including TELN support — can view or restore it. If you lose it, you can create a new account, but existing wallet funds and services cannot automatically be transferred.

How do crypto payments work?

You choose a EUR wallet-credit amount, then choose a cryptocurrency and blockchain network. TELN shows a payment address, the exact crypto amount and a QR code. Your wallet is credited only after the payment reaches a verified final status.

Do wallet funds expire?

Wallet credit does not expire while your account is active. Recurring services such as phone numbers continue to charge their monthly rental from the balance until you cancel them.

No. Delivery depends on the sender and the destination country. Many services restrict codes to specific number types or block virtual numbers entirely, so TELN cannot guarantee that any specific platform will deliver to a TELN number.

No. Number availability depends on local operators, provider inventory and regulation. Some countries require identity or address verification before a number can be activated, and some are unavailable entirely.

How quickly are eSIM usage records updated?

Telecom usage records are near-real-time rather than instantaneous. Provider events can arrive with a delay, so TELN keeps a small usage reserve to protect your balance while records catch up.

Can I use TELN on iOS and Android?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on eSIM-capable devices that are carrier-unlocked. You install the TELN eSIM by scanning the activation QR code or entering the activation details manually. A TELN mobile app is planned on top of the same platform API.
