Passcode
A lost passcode cannot be recovered
This is the direct consequence of an account with no identity attached. We would rather state it plainly than let you discover it later.
Why recovery is impossible
TELN stores a one-way hash of your passcode and nothing else — no email, no phone number, no name, no payment identity. There is no record that could prove an account belongs to you, and no support process that can override that.
Your wallet balance stays with the account. Credit cannot be transferred to a new account, and payments cannot be traced back to a person to establish ownership.
Active eSIMs and numbers keep running until the balance is consumed or a rental period ends, but you will not be able to manage them.
Next time, store it in a password manager before you add funds, and rotate it from Settings if you ever suspect it was exposed.
